Small, warm, cozy atmosphere with seating inside and outside. Fast service from kind friendly staff. Small but good food menu for brunch/lunch with some breakfast options and baked goods supplied by a local bakery.

The most wonderful café in the heart of Withington! It’s a real gem for the local community and easily one of the best coffee spots in Manchester. The coffee is exceptional, and the pastries, toasties, sandwiches, and soups are all incredibly moreish and delicious. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming and there are always good tunes in the background. The service from the whole team is fantastic - everyone is so kind and friendly, whether you’re sitting in or taking away. The jazz and music nights are a real treat, and I’ve heard the barista training is brilliant. To top it all off, SMP is truly dog-friendly!

Lovely cafe, dog friendly, great coffee and they have vegan food options <3

This café is honestly the loveliest, coziest spot ever! It’s got such a warm, welcoming vibe, you can really feel the community spirit the moment you walk in. The owner is great; hilarious, friendly and kind! The food is so good, the coffee is always on point, and the pastries are next-level… super fresh and delicious. It’s just one of those places where you instantly feel at home. A gem of a café! can’t recommend it enough! Ooo and also it’s dog friendly if you go say hey to Roscoe

First visit The coffee surprised us in a good way, we’re light & fruity roast people, so happy to find that here. batch brew was kinda amazing. the cappuccino leaned darker, so next time i’m definitely trying the white with guest espresso. The tuna toast was a whole moment, cheese + onions + spring onion really gave it layers The pastry was a bit heavier than i’m used to, still nice with black coffee tho. Not a sweet-tooth person, so cheese toast is calling me next time

One of the nicest independent coffee shops in the North West of England - the staff are really friendly and you can see a clear passion and enthusiasm for what they do. Always a pleasure visiting this spot and the coffee is amazing. I love the mugs too - beautiful space within the Manchester independent community I’ve been so many times and every time is a pleasure - thank you.

This is my go to place when I’m visiting Manchester. The coffee is amazing. Service is lovely and the food is delish. On one occasion I had a few friends come along and the staff were so so accommodating and put some tables together. I just messaged them on insta to give them a heads up that we were a larger group and they were so great. Really appreciate it!!
